Brook Gebre-Mariam

A technologist at heart, Brook brings over 26 years of IT experience and extensive leadership acumen to Kizama, LLC. In his previous roles at Fortune 500 companies in the telecom industry, Brook was responsible for IT Operations and focused on increasing productivity, efficiency, and reliability. His experience enables him to fully understand the financial, technology, and people challenges that plague IT organizations. Brook also served in the Italian army and worked for the United Nations in Rome, Italy.

Brook holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado-Boulder and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Colorado-Denver. Brook also holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado -Denver.

Kevin Falkenstein

Kevin has over 27 years of experience as a leader architecting advanced solutions for fortune 500 companies. As an IT Principal Architect, Kevin draws on that experience while defining and driving his partners success in their next generation information technology needs with a focus on cloud technologies. Kevin developed his skills in Enterprise Software, Enterprise Architecture, Disaster Recovery, Data Center, and Cloud with a strong focus on enabling technologies from Microsoft, including but not limited to Windows Server, Client collaboration suites and Azure.

James Borowicz

Jim has 34 years of experience in the IT industry. He started his career with a startup logistics company where he spent 10 years building applications and services for the shipping and interstate commerce industries. After moving to the Denver Colorado area he continued his career with a consulting firm where he managed the technical direction as the CTO. Jim’s most recent experience in a fortune 500 company has included; data warehouse DBA, Enterprise Architect, Principal Infrastructure Architect. Jim has been awarded 3 patents focused around cloud provisioning and management.
